Callyst

AI tools that review 100% of calls instead of sampling (2026)

A row of small call waveforms, each with a tick, and one shown larger, illustrating every call being reviewed.

Written by Callyst, which makes one of the tools listed. Facts about other companies come from each company's own pages, read on 26 October 2026, and the links go to those pages. Products change, so follow the links before you decide. If we have got something wrong, email us and we will fix it.

Which AI tools review every call instead of a sample?

Several. The ones whose own pages say they score every call, or "100%" of calls or conversations, include Observe.AI, Level AI, evaluagent, Zendesk QA, Avoma, Amazon Connect, CloudTalk, Call QA and Voxjar.

Callyst does the same job for sales teams of any size. It scores each eligible recording you send against your own scorecard, and item scores come with quotes from the call. Pricing is $200 a month for 1 to 3 reps, $280 for 4 to 7 reps and $40 per rep from 8 reps, billed monthly with no annual contract.

"Reviews every call" is a claim about coverage. Whether you agree with the scores is the other half, so the best test is to run a tool on calls your team has already judged. Callyst's free check scores up to 10 of your own calls.

"Not stated" means the page we read does not say. It does not mean the tool cannot do it.

Coverage claims, as each company's own page words them, read on 26 October 2026.

Three notes on the table:

  • We left out rival prices. Some of these companies show prices and some do not, so this post compares coverage, not cost. Callyst's prices are on its pricing page; check each rival's page for its own.
  • These are each company's own claims. We have not tested any of these tools. A page that says "100%" tells you what the company says it covers, not what it will do on your calls.
  • The list is not complete. These are tools whose own pages we read on 26 October 2026. Others exist.

Which tool fits which team?

Each line below uses the vendor's own page for who it is built for. Check the page for the detail.

  • Sales teams of any size that want calls scored against their own scorecard: Callyst. Teams of 1 to 3 reps pay $200 a month, 4 to 7 reps pay $280, and from 8 reps it is $40 per rep. Send recordings from any phone system that can export them.
  • Enterprise contact centers: Observe.AI and Level AI both describe themselves that way on their own pages, with demo-led buying.
  • Teams already on Zendesk Support or Suite: Zendesk QA is an add-on for customers on those plans, per its page.
  • Teams whose calls run on Amazon Connect: its evaluation forms work on interactions in your own Connect instance.
  • Teams already on CloudTalk: call scoring sits inside its AI Conversation Intelligence, with a free 30-day trial offered to customers.
  • Teams that want a sales conversation-intelligence suite: Avoma's page offers a free trial with no card.
  • QA teams that want to review exceptions: Call QA's page describes people reviewing flagged calls and keeping their decision in the audit trail.
  • Teams that prefer to pay by usage credits: Voxjar's pricing page describes credits per minute of audio and a free plan.
  • QA teams that want a seat-based platform: evaluagent's pricing page describes seat-based plans and a proof of concept after a demo.

What does "every call" depend on?

A tool can only review the calls that reach it. Reading the pages above, the claim usually rests on one or more of these:

  • The calls have to get in. A tool that sits inside your phone platform sees that platform's calls. A tool that takes recordings sees the recordings you send. Callyst takes recordings, so it works with any phone system that can export them.
  • The setup has to be finished. Amazon Connect's own page lists the steps to turn on fully automated evaluations: automation on every question, a switch for automated submission, and a rule that says which contacts are evaluated. CloudTalk's page says calls are scored once you have admin access to its AI Conversation Intelligence and at least one scoring template.
  • Capacity has to last. Voxjar's pricing page says automatic AI evaluations "temporarily pause until your next billing cycle" when credits run out. At Callyst, each rep includes 1,000 calls a month, shared across the team, and extra calls are 5 cents each.
  • The call has to be "eligible". CloudTalk's page says "eligible" calls are scored without saying which ones. Callyst says it plainly: it scores real sales conversations and sets aside voicemails, unanswered calls, duplicates, calls over 90 minutes and, by default, calls under 60 seconds.

It is worth asking any vendor about each of these.

Where does Callyst fit?

Callyst is a call-scoring tool for sales teams, from one rep to a large floor. You send recordings from any phone system that can export them, Callyst transcribes the audio itself, and every eligible recording you send is scored against your scorecard.

  • Your scorecard, in your words. Callyst loads your scorecard as written: 1 to 20 items, each a scale or yes/no, and up to 12 flags, each with a severity. No scorecard yet? It uses its standard sales scorecard, and the free scorecard builder turns a checklist into a draft you can read.
  • A quote behind the score. Item scores come with a quote from the call. Each quote is checked word for word against the transcript. If no quote checks out, the score shows without one. The overall score comes with a short written reason.
  • Flags for a person to review. A flag quotes the call word for word and lands in its own list. Raising a flag does not change the call's score. Add your compliance checks to the scorecard and Callyst flags the calls that miss them, with the quote. A flag is raised only when its quote is found word for word in the transcript.
  • N/A handled for you. Callyst marks an item N/A when it does not apply to the call or there was nothing to judge, and N/A items are left out of the averages, so they do not count against the rep.
  • Coaching that reaches the rep. Reps get a coaching email every weekday morning: what went well, what to fix and what to say instead.
  • Straightforward pricing. $200 a month for 1 to 3 reps, $280 for 4 to 7 reps, and $40 per rep per month from 8 reps. Billed monthly, no annual contract, no setup fee. Each rep includes 1,000 calls a month, shared across the team, and extra calls are 5 cents each. Calls that are set aside are not billed. For 20 or more reps there is also a private option that runs in your own cloud: ask us. Full details are on the pricing page.
  • Your data. Audio is deleted 30 days after scoring, and no recording is kept longer than 35 days. Your data is not used to train AI models.
  • Proof on your own calls. The sample report shows the output on a made-up company and made-up calls. The free check scores up to 10 of your own. Blind Match ($750) goes further: you send 100 calls your QA team has already graded, Callyst scores them blind on your scorecard, and you see the agreement item by item.

Good to know: Callyst scores calls in English. Scores, flags and coaching notes are generated by AI and can be wrong. Review them before acting, especially before any step that affects a person's job or pay.

What should you ask any vendor that says "every call"?

  1. Which calls actually reach the tool? Ask what gets in, how, and who sets it up. (Callyst: recordings you send, from any phone system that can export them.)
  2. What counts as "eligible"? Ask which calls are skipped, and whether skipped calls are billed. (Callyst: voicemails, unanswered calls, duplicates, calls over 90 minutes and, by default, calls under 60 seconds; none of these are billed.)
  3. What happens when usage goes up? Ask if scoring slows, pauses or costs more. (Callyst: 1,000 calls per rep included, shared across the team, then 5 cents a call.)
  4. Can I try it on my own calls? Observe.AI and Level AI point to a demo. evaluagent offers a proof of concept after a demo. Avoma, Voxjar and Callyst offer a self-serve try.
  5. Can I check the scores against my graders? Take 10 calls you have already judged and compare. The Callyst free check scores up to 10 of your calls, so you can set them beside your own grades.
  6. Does a person see the exceptions? Call QA's page describes humans reviewing flagged calls. At Callyst, flags are a separate list for a person to review.
  7. How long is audio kept? At Callyst, audio is deleted 30 days after scoring, and no recording is kept longer than 35 days. Ask every vendor for its number in writing.

How do you try Callyst's free check?

You get up to 10 calls scored for free, one free check per company. You need a work email (free addresses such as Gmail do not work). No card is needed and you do not have to talk to sales first.

  1. Fill in the form with your name, work email and company. You can add your own scorecard on the same form, or paste a checklist and we draft a scorecard from it. The checklist text is sent to our AI model provider to draft the scorecard.
  2. Check your email for the sign-in link. It works once and expires after 15 minutes. Open it to reach your private upload page.
  3. Upload your calls: .wav or .mp3, up to 50 MB each, up to 10 calls. Tick We have permission to share these calls. You are responsible for having the right to record the calls and share them with Callyst, including any consent that call-recording laws require.
  4. When every file is uploaded, press Done, build my report.
  5. Your scored report arrives within 24 hours. We email you the headline numbers and a link to the full report online. You can save it as a PDF from your browser.

Don't have a scorecard yet? The free scorecard builder turns a checklist into a draft you can read, with no sign-up. Read the draft before you use it: an AI writes it, and the text you paste or upload is sent to our AI model provider to write it.
