Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Callyst (callyst.com). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Callyst transcribes recorded calls, scores them against a scorecard using AI, raises flags for managers, and emails coaching notes to reps.
Accounts and workspaces
- Each customer has its own workspace. You can sign up for a free check, or we set it up for you.
- You are responsible for the people you add and for keeping sign-in emails secure.
- Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
Acceptable use
- Only upload calls you have the right to record and use, including any consent that call-recording laws require.
- Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, or try to reach another customer's data.
- Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product.
Your data
- You own your data. We process it only to provide the service to you.
- How we handle it is described in our privacy policy, including that no recording is kept longer than 35 days.
- To provide the service we use Cloudflare (hosting, storage and transcription), an AI model provider (AI scoring and report text) and Resend (email). The privacy policy lists them.
- We do not use your recordings, transcripts, scores or reports to train AI models.
- You control your call data and we process it on your instructions. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.
- We give notice before adding a subprocessor.
- We carry out deletion requests within 30 days.
AI output
Scores, flags and coaching notes are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are an aid, not a decision. Review them before acting, especially before any step that affects a person's job or pay.
Free 10-call check
You can ask for a free check of 10 calls. It is a trial of the service. Terms for it are the same as these, and it does not commit you to buy anything.
Blind Match
- The Blind Match costs $750, paid upfront.
- It covers 100 graded calls of 2–20 minutes each.
- The fee is credited if you sign an annual plan.
- No refunds once scoring starts.
Pricing and payment
Prices and billing are as agreed in your order.
Cancelling and deletion
- You can cancel at any time.
- After you cancel, all of your workspace's data is deleted within 30 days.
- We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is”. AI scores and notes are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Limit of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell customers about important changes.
