Callyst features: AI call scoring on your own scorecard
Callyst scores your recorded calls on your own scorecard, flags the calls a manager should hear the same day, and on weekday mornings emails a coaching note to each rep who had at least three scored calls the previous working day. It works with any phone system that can export recordings, and it is built for teams of any size: $200 a month for 1 to 3 reps, $280 for 4 to 7, and $40 per rep from 8.
Send 10 calls. Scored report within 24 hours. No card, and no call with sales first.

Score calls on your own scorecard
Callyst loads your scorecard as written, in your words: 1 to 20 items and up to 12 flags on one whole-number scale such as 1 to 10. Each item is a score or a yes/no, and can apply to all calls, inbound only or outbound only. Without a scorecard, Callyst uses its standard sales scorecard.
Send yours with your free check. For a paid workspace, send us your scorecard or any changes and we update it. How to use your own scorecard
Turn the checklist you already have into a scorecard
Paste a call checklist, or upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT file up to 2 MB, and read the draft: the items, what a good call looks like, and the flags. It is free, needs no sign-up, and allows up to 3 drafts per network per day. If something is off, change your checklist and build again, then run a free check with it.
We do not keep your checklist or the draft unless you go on to sign up, and then only the scorecard is kept. The text is sent to our AI model provider to write the draft. Scorecard builder
Send recordings, not transcripts
Callyst transcribes the audio for you, on Cloudflare Workers AI, and then scores the transcript. Callyst scores calls in English.
Scores you can check against the call
Item scores come with a quote from the call when one checks out. Each quote is checked word for word against the transcript. If no quote checks out, the score shows without one.
The overall score is on the same scale and comes with a short written reason. It is judged for the whole call, against the guidance in your scorecard. See an overall score with its reason in the sample report.
Fair averages when an item doesn't apply
Callyst marks an item N/A when it doesn't apply to the call or there was nothing to judge. N/A items are left out of the averages. An item you set to inbound only is marked N/A on outbound calls, and the other way round.
Same-day flags for the calls that matter
Put the checks a manager should hear about on your scorecard as flags, such as an ignored do-not-call request. Each flag has a severity (critical, high, medium or low) and quotes the call word for word. A flag whose quote isn't in the transcript is dropped.
Add your compliance checks to the scorecard and Callyst flags the calls that miss them, with the quote. Flagged calls land on your flags page the same day, with the quote and the audio. An admin marks each one reviewed or dismissed, and Callyst keeps who did it and when. Flags are a separate list: raising a flag does not change the call's score.
A coaching note in each rep's inbox
On weekday mornings at 9:00 am ET, each rep who had at least three scored calls the previous working day gets a short coaching email: what went well, what to fix, and what to say instead. Monday's email covers Friday. Flags go to the flags page, not the rep's email. Read an example in the sample report.
A dashboard and Calls page for admins
The dashboard shows each rep's average score week by week, with call counts, next to the team's. It lists the scorecard items each rep is weakest on. Admins see the whole team, and a rep sees only their own scores.
On the Calls page, filter calls by rep, date, score or status, and search by rep or call reference. Open any call to see the overall score and its reason, each item's score with its quote when one checks out, strengths, fixes with what to say, flags, audio and transcript. Download what you see as a CSV with one column per scorecard item.
Your admin runs the team
Each customer has a separate workspace with its own logins. There are two roles: admins see the whole team and manage it, and reps who sign in see only their own calls. Your admin adds reps and gives logins on the Team page, no ticket to us needed. We set up your workspace and access.
Bring in calls from any phone system
Drop recordings on our upload page, or send them through our API. Upload .wav or .mp3 files, up to 50 MB each. Admins of an active workspace can also paste up to 50 https links at a time on the Import calls page, which takes .mp3, .wav or .m4a, up to 50 MB each. Imported calls are scored into your workspace.
Callyst works with any phone system that can export recordings. We have export guides for GoTo Connect, RingCentral and Aircall. They explain each phone system's own export steps. How to upload call recordings
Check Callyst against your own graders
With the Blind Match, you send 100 calls your QA team has already graded. Callyst scores them blind on your scorecard, then shows the agreement with your graders item by item. You see the result on your own calls, not a number from us. The Blind Match is $750. Call lengths, payment and the annual-plan credit are on Pricing.
Short retention, plain privacy
Audio is deleted 30 days after scoring, and no recording is kept longer than 35 days. Transcripts, scores and flags are kept until you cancel. All of your workspace's data is deleted within 30 days of cancelling.
Your audio stays on Cloudflare, where it is stored and transcribed. Our AI model provider gets text only, such as the transcript and your scorecard, never the audio. We do not use your recordings, transcripts, scores or reports to train AI models. Read the privacy policy and the Terms.
Pricing that fits every team size
$200 a month for 1 to 3 reps, $280 a month for 4 to 7 reps, and $40 per rep per month from 8 reps. Each rep includes 1,000 calls a month, shared across the team. Extra calls are 5 cents each. There is no setup fee and no platform fee.
| Reps | Monthly price | Per rep | Calls included each month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $200 | $200 | 1,000 |
| 3 | $200 | about $67 | 3,000 |
| 4 | $280 | $70 | 4,000 |
| 7 | $280 | $40 | 7,000 |
| 8 | $320 | $40 | 8,000 |
| 10 | $400 | $40 | 10,000 |
| 20 | $800 | $40 | 20,000 |
A team of 2 pays $200. A team of 5 or 6 pays $280. Prices are before any extra calls.
Callyst sets aside voicemails, unanswered calls, exact duplicates, calls over 90 minutes and, by default, calls under 60 seconds. Calls that are set aside or fail are not scored and not billed.
Plans are billed monthly with no annual contract, and you can cancel any time. If you prefer to pay yearly, annual billing is 10 months for 12. With 20 or more reps, Callyst can run in your own cloud. Ask us. Full pricing
Good to know: Scores, flags and coaching notes are generated by AI and can be wrong, so review them before acting, especially before any step that affects a person's job or pay.
FAQ
Which phone systems does Callyst work with?
Any phone system that can export recordings. Callyst works from the exported files: upload them on our upload page or send them through our API. Our export guides cover GoTo Connect, RingCentral and Aircall.
How do I know the scores are accurate?
Run the Blind Match. You give us 100 calls your QA team has already graded, we score them blind, and we show you where we agree with your graders. We show you the result on your own calls rather than quote you a number.
Can I try Callyst before I pay?
Yes. The free check scores up to 10 of your own calls and sends a scored report within 24 hours. You need a work email (Gmail, Outlook and other free addresses can't be used), and you tick a box to confirm you have permission to share the calls. There is one free check per company. No card, and no call with sales first. It is a trial and does not commit you to buy. See a sample report first.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
No annual contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. After you cancel, all of your workspace's data is deleted within 30 days.
