Section 1
The short version
What your team does well
- Both reps open calls warmly, name the company and put the customer at ease. Greetings were the highest scores in the set.
- The reps explain products in plain words and tie the detail to what the customer said, which builds trust.
Three quick wins
- Offer two dated options when you ask for the booking, rather than leaving the next move with the customer.
- When the customer says the price is high, ask what they are comparing it with before moving on.
- Read the required disclosure before any price, and skip deadlines: they can cost the customer.

7
scored conversations. 1 set aside.
6.0
average overall score, on a scale of 1 to 10. 5 of 7 calls scored 6 or higher.
2
compliance flags on 2 calls.
You sent 8 recorded calls. We scored each one against the scorecard. 1 were not real conversations (1 voicemail), so we set it aside. That leaves 7 calls scored.
Across the 7 scored conversations the average overall score was 6.0 out of 10. That is an ordinary, competent result: most calls did what they set out to do, and the two reps are close to each other.
2 calls carried a compliance flag for a person to review: a price given before the required disclosure, and a deadline used to push a decision. Neither changed the call's score.
Our recommendation: Review the two flagged calls first. Then use the three quick wins in next week's coaching and run the same check again in a month to see what moved.

Section 2
Call by call
All 8 calls you sent. Calls that were not real conversations (1 voicemail) are set aside and not scored, so they never lower an average.
| Call | Rep | Type | Score | Flags | Note |
Call 1 · Oct 1 BH-2101 | Sam Alder | Inbound | 7 | | A good call: a friendly opening, a plain explanation of the options and a booked inspection. |
Call 2 · Oct 1 BH-2102 | Jordan Pike | Inbound | 6 | | An ordinary call: polite and accurate, with no booked follow-up. |
Call 3 · Oct 2 BH-2103 | Sam Alder | Outbound | 6 | | An ordinary follow-up call: friendly and well prepared, with a call back agreed. |
Call 4 · Oct 2 BH-2104 | Jordan Pike | Outbound | – | Set aside | Voicemail |
Call 5 · Oct 5 BH-2105 | Jordan Pike | Inbound | 5 | 1 flag | Flag: Required disclosure missed (medium). |
Call 6 · Oct 5 BH-2106 | Sam Alder | Inbound | 7 | | A good call: curious, well paced and finished with a booked visit. |
Call 7 · Oct 6 BH-2107 | Jordan Pike | Outbound | 6 | 1 flag | Flag: Pressure tactic (high). |
Call 8 · Oct 6 BH-2108 | Sam Alder | Outbound | 5 | | A workable call that ended without a decision or a planned follow-up. |

Section 3
Compliance flags
2 compliance flags on 2 calls. Flags do not change a call's score; they are a separate list for a person to review.
| Call | Rep | Severity | What happened | What was said |
Call 5 Oct 5 | Jordan Pike Inbound | Medium | Required disclosure missed A price was quoted and the required disclosure was not given. | It comes to about thirty eight thousand dollars in total. |
Call 7 Oct 6 | Jordan Pike Outbound | High | Pressure tactic A deadline was used to push the customer to decide. | I can only hold this install price until Friday, so I would book today. |
What the severities mean
Critical
A legal or regulatory problem. Someone should act on it today.
Medium
A required step was skipped. Usually a process fix, not a person fix.
High
A statement or tactic that could cost you the customer, or bring a complaint.
Low
Wording to correct in coaching. No harm done yet.
What we look for on every call
Do-not-call requests, pressure tactics, required disclosures that were skipped, and promises the rep is not in a position to make (approval, pricing, timelines, warranties). If you have other rules, such as a required recorded-line notice, we add them to your scorecard.
How flags reach you. Flagged calls appear on a dashboard the same day, for a person to review. The AI does not contact anyone. A person at your company decides what to do, and the rep's coaching email does not mention the flag unless you want it to.

Section 4
One call, scored in full
Every scored conversation gets this. Here is Call 5 · Oct 5 · inbound, handled by Jordan Pike. We scored it 5.
| Greeting | 6 | Named the company and asked how to help. |
| Discovery | 5 | Asked about the size of the job but not the budget or timing. |
| Product knowledge | 5 | The explanation stayed general. |
| Rapport | 6 | Patient and polite. |
| Objection handling | 5 | Accepted the concern without exploring it. |
| Closing | 5 | Did not ask for a booking. |
| Script adherence | 4 | Quoted a price without the required financing and cancellation notice. |
| Next step agreed | No | No next step was agreed before the call ended. |
| Overall | 5 | A workable call that did not reach a decision: the price was given without the required disclosure. |
Strengths
- Patient with a customer who needed time to find a document.
Missed opportunity
When the customer said the price was a lot, the rep moved straight to wrapping up. A question about what the customer was comparing it with would have kept the conversation going.
Improvements
What happened
A full price was quoted before the required disclosure was read out.
Say this
"Before I give you the figure, there are two things I need to tell you about financing and the cancellation period."
What happened
The customer said the price was a lot and the rep moved straight to the end of the call.
Say this
"That is a big decision. What would you need to see to feel comfortable with it?"
Coaching note to Jordan: Read the disclosure before any price. Then, when the price feels high to the customer, ask what they are comparing it with.

What your reps would get
Every rep on the team gets a short email every weekday morning at 9:00 am ET, covering the previous business day. It is written to the rep by first name, from their own scored calls. Here is what Jordan's would look like, built from the calls in this set.
Good morning Jordan,
Yesterday: 3 calls scored, average 5.7. 1 more call was set aside (voicemail). That does not count against you.
Two things you did well
- Patient with a customer who needed time to find a document.
Things to fix today
- A full price was quoted before the required disclosure was read out. Try:
Say: "Before I give you the figure, there are two things I need to tell you about financing and the cancellation period."
- The customer said the price was a lot and the rep moved straight to the end of the call. Try:
Say: "That is a big decision. What would you need to see to feel comfortable with it?"
Phrase to practice today: "Before I give you the figure, there are two things I need to tell you about financing and the cancellation period."

How the email works
- Every weekday morning, 9:00 am ET, covering the previous business day. Monday's email covers Friday.
- Only scored conversations count. A call that was set aside (a voicemail, a duplicate recording, a call with no customer speech) is listed with its reason but never lowers the average.
- Two things done well, one or two to fix, each with the exact words to say. Short enough to read before the first call of the day.
- Compliance flags stay off the rep's email unless you decide otherwise. They go to the dashboard for a person to review.

What we recommend next
Callyst on your team.
A free check is one snapshot of a few calls. Scoring every call shows how each rep is moving, and a short coaching email each weekday morning turns the quick wins into a habit instead of a quarterly review.
What you get
- Every call scored the same way as in this report, against your scorecard or ours.
- A coaching email to each rep every weekday morning at 9:00 am ET.
- Same-day flags on a dashboard for calls a person should review.
- Audio deleted 30 days after scoring, and all your data deleted within 30 days of cancelling.
What we need from you
- Call recordings, ideally two-channel (rep on one side, customer on the other).
- First names and email addresses for the reps.
- Your current scorecard and script, and any compliance rules we should add.
- One person who owns the dashboard.
Price
$40 per rep per month, with a $300 monthly minimum. 2 reps: the $300 monthly minimum applies.
Included
1,000 calls per rep per month. Extra calls are 5¢ each.

Runs in your own cloud, for 20+ reps.
Setup fee
None.
Free check
A free 10-call check, with the report delivered within 24 hours.
Blind Match
Want to see how we compare with your own QA team? A Blind Match is $750 for 100 graded calls: you send calls your team has already graded, we score them blind and report the agreement. The $750 is credited if you sign an annual plan.
Limits of this report
What a free check does not show
- It is 8 calls from one period. A snapshot, not a trend. A rep who had a rough week looks worse here than they are.
- It is not a guarantee of results. It shows how the calls score and what the AI catches. It does not show a change in results over time. That comes from coaching week after week.
- Scores follow the scorecard used. This report used the standard measures. Gaps on style measures are expected until the scorecard is tuned to your standard.
- We only hear what is on the recording. We cannot judge what happened outside the call, in email, or in your CRM afterward.
- Compliance flags are for a person to review; they are not legal findings. Your compliance lead decides what each one means for you.
