About Callyst
Callyst (callyst.com) is AI call scoring software for sales and service teams. It scores every recorded call against your own scorecard and shows each rep what to fix.
What Callyst does
A manager can hear a handful of calls a week. Callyst listens to all of them. Each recording is transcribed, then scored item by item against your scorecard, with a quote from the call as evidence for every score. Serious problems become same-day flags for a manager, and every rep gets a short coaching email each weekday morning.
How it works
- Upload or connect your calls. Drop recordings on our upload page, or send them through our API.
- The AI scores them on your scorecard. Use our standard scorecard or send your own; we load it as written.
- Reps get a coaching email. What went well, what to fix, and what to say instead.
How we handle your data
Each customer has a separate workspace with its own logins. Audio is deleted 30 days after scoring, and everything is deleted within 30 days of cancelling. The details are in our privacy policy.
