Use Callyst with your phone system
Callyst works with any phone system that can export recordings. Export the files, upload them, and Callyst transcribes the audio for you and scores each call on your own scorecard. It works for teams of any size: $200 a month for 1 to 3 reps, $280 for 4 to 7, and $40 per rep from 8.
Send 10 calls. Scored report within 24 hours. No card, and no call with sales first.
Get your existing recordings scored in three steps
Export the recordings, check the file type, and upload them. It is the same three steps for any phone system.
- Export your recordings. Use your phone system's own download or export feature. Your phone system has to be recording calls, and your account has to be allowed to download them. If you use GoTo Connect, RingCentral or Aircall, start with its guide below.
- Check the files. Callyst takes .wav or .mp3 files, up to 50 MB each. Pick real conversations: Callyst sets aside voicemails, no-answers, exact duplicates, calls under 60 seconds (by default) and calls over 90 minutes.
- Upload them. Start a free check, then follow the emailed sign-in link and the upload page steps to send up to 10 calls. Your scored report arrives within 24 hours.
How do I upload call recordings to Callyst? has every step.
Find your phone system's export route
Each guide covers that phone system's own export steps and ends at the upload step.
- GoTo Connect: find your recordings in GoTo's call reports, with an Amazon S3 option for getting the files out.
- RingCentral: download recordings from the Admin Portal call log.
- Aircall: download recordings from the Aircall Dashboard.
- Upload guide: the free check step by step, and Import calls for teams already using Callyst.

What changes once you are a customer?
We set up your workspace and access. Then drop recordings on our upload page, or send them through our API.
Admins can also paste up to 50 https links at a time on the Import calls page, for example pre-signed storage links. It takes .mp3, .wav or .m4a, up to 50 MB each, and imported calls are scored into your workspace. Keep link expiry short and do not share links publicly.
See what each call tells you
Callyst transcribes the audio for you, so you send recordings, not transcripts. An AI then reads the transcript and scores each item on your scorecard that applies to the call. Item scores come with a quote from the call when one checks out against the transcript, and the overall score comes with a short written reason.
- Short retention. Audio is deleted 30 days after scoring, and no recording is kept longer than 35 days.
- Audio stays on Cloudflare. Your recordings are stored and transcribed on Cloudflare. Our AI model provider gets text only, such as the transcript and your scorecard, never the audio. We do not use your recordings, transcripts, scores or reports to train AI models.
- Permission first. Upload only calls you have the right to record and use. Is it legal to record and score sales calls?
- Check file names. Some phone systems put phone numbers or names in file names. Look at the names before you share files.
